NOCD · app and web

Member and therapist profiles

Profiles for NOCD community members, plus therapist profiles across the app and the web directory. The therapist profiles were built based on the member profiles, so both share the same visual language.

My role

I designed the member profiles first. Then I coordinated the UI work with a visual designer, defined the UX patterns and interactions for the therapist directory, and made sure the two flows stayed connected.

NOCD · app

SOS flow

Support for the moment a member is triggered. They rate their distress, sit with it on a timer while short messages help them accept uncertainty, and finish with a summary that is shared with their therapist.

My role

I defined the UX and coordinated the visual design through implementation, building on the member profile work. I ran every round of stakeholder review and coordinated the design and implementation efforts.

Rebound · app

Rebound

Rebound is a mental health company for PTSD, building its therapy model based on NOCD’s. An established design system helped the new product move fast without starting from zero.

My role

I make sure what we learned building the NOCD app carries over to Rebound, an ongoing effort. I built the entire MVP and the full product design system, based on Rebound’s branding. The system translates NOCD’s screens to Rebound’s needs and defines the patterns that deviate from NOCD.
